Final Points Races: It all comes down to the last week
It’s been a big year at the Washington Boulevard Oval for Team SCE.
The women’s team has consistently raced strong, with Rachel winning the series followed by Kate in 2nd and Barb in 3rd. The races had some great moments, with perhaps the split squad races among the most memorable (can you say pretty in PINK!).
The Men’s C and B races have been absolutely HOT, with EJ and Ben leading the way and racking up points to compete for a potential team win. At this moment, Team SCE is in the lead for the Men’s C race — only 3 points ahead of ProGraphics!
Meanwhile, and last but not least, the B race… Carl is neck-and-neck with the UPMC men for potentially taking the Men’s B race title. It is so close, which means that this week is not going to be a week to miss in cheering on the SCE boys. Promises to be exciting! GO CARL!!!
Nice job this season, Steel City! It has been a blast at the track, and this final points week promises to end things on a fast note! Good luck to everyone in the races.
