New Website Topic: NUTRITION
A key element to any cyclist’s riding and racing success is FUEL. Everyone knows (at least we hope they know) that you must eat well to ride and race strong. However, there is a LOT to proper nutrition, so we are excited about adding a section devoted to nutrition – from general principles to recipes – to our website. We invite people to send us topics and post recipes, and hope that this will be a useful forum for all.
Future topics to include:
- What and When to Eat
- Proper hydration
- Recovery drinks
- The importance of eating while on the bike
The first recipe posting is from Mike Walther, Ironman and Steel City Endurance Athlete.
