Great Threshold Workout Article by Robbie Ventura
Hey Team,
It’s easy and tempting as a coach to want to be critical of other
coach’s philosophies when I don’t agree. So when I agree with another
coach 100% I like to share it, just so you know that I’m not alone in
my madness regarding training!
Here is a great article on threshold training by Robbie Ventura that
is spot on accurate in regards to the physiology of racing. And
seeing as Robbie’s race resume is much more impressive than mine, you
might want to weigh his advice a little heavier than mine anyway.

PS…His sample ride at the end may be a bit much for some of you,
especially if you’ve never done a 2×20 (or don’t know what that is).
Just cut his interval times in half and give that a whirl.
