Womens Bicycle Racing

Gudrun was born in Tasmania, Australia 1976 and lived in New Zealand and Australia before moving to Pittsburgh 4 years ago. The birth of her first daughter last summer prompted her to buy her first car, otherwise she commutes by bike year round. Gudrun works at the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy where she is the Volunteer Education Coordinator, which allows her to spend most of her time outdoors getting muddy. She and her husband are keen bike tourists, and plan to take their daughter with them across the Pyrenees in 2008. This is her first season of racing.
